In the interest of all our guests health,safety and hygiene,
we operate a NO SMOKING policy in all our rooms.

All bookings are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy unless agreed that this will be
longer due to the time we have held the booking for you, e.g. Bookings of 2 months or more
will be subject to a week's cancellation and of 4 months or more to a one month cancellation.
